Apprentice Customer Services Agent / East London
40 per week Monday to Friday between 8.30am-5pm
This is a Modern Apprenticeship. Grade C in GCSE or above in Maths and English or equivalent is preferred but not essential. Must have excellent communication skills, be well presented and confident . Duties include answering the telephone, dealing with . bookings, quotations, customer enquiries and sorting out complaints.
