Successful applicants would be expected to promote a range of products. Based in the Banking Hall dealing with new and existing customers driving sales across a range of products. Work closely with cashiers, providing feedback on quality of referrals and provide coaching where necessary. Liaise with Mortgage Advisors, Business Banking Advisors and Financial. Planners to share customer portfolios and increase cross-sell ratio. Candidates need to have a strong sales background with a focus on building customer relationships and working to individual and team targets. Successful applicants must have previous experience of working in a sales environment.
