Office assistant required to work for a vending company at our client's offices close to Liverpool Street Station. Hours of work are 8am - 12 Monday - Friday although start and finish times can be flexible. Duties will include maintaining databases, planners and stat reports, use of the company IT application, general office duties. This is a small office . operating a very complex operation spread over many buildings in the City. Flexibility and teamwork are essential as is the need to be able to adapt to change and respond quickly and effectively. You will need to be fully experienced in Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Full training will be given for the use of other systems and applications. .
