Applicants must have a good general level of Education including GCSE Maths and English Language. Previous experience in an IT environment. A disciplined and organised work ethic. Flexible attitude and ability to prioritise workload. Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Be highly computer literate. Full driving licence essential. IT qualification would be an advantage. Duties: Provide effective and efficient IT Help Desk support for all general User queries, ensure compliance with agreed Service Level agreements and escalate problems for effective resolution. Compile regular statistical information to aid monitoring of efficiency of the support provided. Deal with new user requests and existing user changes to ensure all systems are updated. Maintain IT systems including backup and order stock.
