£12,000 - £15,000 PER ANNUM
37½ PER WEEK, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9AM-5PM
Must have excellent telephone answering skills. Experience with supporting users in a Windows 2003/2008 environment is essential. Must have the ability to provide both on site and telephone support. Knowledge of Windows 2003, Windows 2008, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows XP, Vista and 7, Office 2003 and 2007 and Backup Exec preferred the first . point of contact for all support calls and provide first and second line IT support to customers. This is a temporary position. Please be aware some heavy lifting will be involved. .
