Pc Support / Field Engineer / Thames Ditton, Surrey, London
£20,000 - £25,000 PER ANNUM DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
35 Hours per week, Monday - Friday, between 8am - 6-pm
Previous experience is essential. Must be good diagnostic and problem solving skills, recognised computer maintenance qualification, good understanding of PC hardware/maintenance and Windows systems, excellent customer facing skills with the ability to communicate clearly to non technical users. Clean driving licence essential. Duties include home user and . business support, hardware fault diagnosis, virus/spyware removal, hardware replacement, OS rebuilds and installation, new PC configuration, broadband and wireless installation, server and network setup and installation and troubleshooting and other related tasks as required.
