40 PER WEEK, MONDAY-FRIDAY, BETWEEN 9AM-5.30PM
The ability to type fast is essential. Must be computer literate, with excellent people skills. Must have excellent verbal and written skills with a polite and professional telephone manner, speed and accuracy is essential. You must be a quick thinker, with attention to detail and be able to meet deadlines. Duties include answering the telephone, liaising. with claimants, solicitors and experts, arranging appointments, dealing with enquiries and all other administration tasks as required. Temporary position for 3 months, with a view to becoming permanent.
