45 HOURS PER WEEK, MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM-6PM
STAPLES CORNER, LONDON NW2
Must have previous experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel. Some technical knowledge would be an advantage but not essential. Good communication skills both written and verbal is desirable. Duties include taking telephone calls from customers concerning customer service issues such as tracking and delivery changes, . dealing with customers via email, letter and phone on a daily basis.
