The overall purpose of this demanding, fast paced and exciting managerial role is to deliver a world class travel. sales call centre to a broad and diverse portfolio of clients. The position has responsibility for driving the business to maximise revenue opportunities and deliver the agreed profit targets through the control and management of the profit and loss account.
