Part Time Payroll / Accounts Clerk / South East London
Negotiable depending on experience
7.5 per week Thursday, Friday , between 9am to 5pm
The role will be 2 days a week (Thursday, Friday) and 4 days one week at the end of the month. Main duties Run monthly payrolls for 2 companies from start to finish, Reconcile bank accounts on Sage, investigate reconciling items and take appropriate action. We are looking for someone with the following skills: Basic professional payroll qualification or Q. BE, substantial experience in high volume, high turnover environment,Knowledge of HM Revenue and Customs’ current legislation e.g. PAYE & NI rates, statutory payments, etc ,Basic understanding of taxable benefits and expenses, Ability to work on their own initiative and take responsibility for their own work,Excellent attention to details,Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines, Good knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll,Strong Excel skills.
