£28,000 - £30,000 PER ANNUM
40 per week, Monday - Friday, between 8.30am - 5.30pm
We are looking for a business project manager with a graduate degree and previous proven relevant experience to work on design projects primarily in Central London and across the Globe. The applicant should be interested in working in all aspects of design process particularly managing the financial aspect of the business. The position shall be to assist the. creative director in a team environment, setting and managing budgets and assisting the project manager. Responsibilities: To lead a design / project team for a hotel, resort or apartment project. To be able to communicate their design ideas effectively to the client, project team and internally. To initiate and develop concepts from starting point to build reality to ensure that the project is kept within a schedule and budget. To prepare presentations for clients and consult relevant parties.
