£13,00 per hour, + 25p per mile
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm
Must have previous experience working in social housing properties and have own transport plus own tools. Applicants must also have good customer service skills as will be dealing with tenants and members of the public. Duties will be in responsive and. planned maintenance.
