37.5 hours per week, Monday-Saturday
Our client are well known accident management organisation who manage the process of motor accidents and claims on behalf of various organisations. You will take inbound calls from the customers dealing with them promptly and efficiently, accurately y. ou will log all the information and then liase with all the necessary departments to get the claim moving efficiently, During the process of this you will take various calls from customers asking for information on processes at each stage or asking on estimated times.
