Description

 The company seek a Manager with a call centre and customer service management background, ideally with experience in an engineering company so will understand and respond to quick changing environment and challenges of engineers, ordering equipment . and keeping customers happy and updated. You will have experience of - Managing a team of 3+ Coordinators or customer service representatives (preferably that schedule and coordinate service engineers or maintenance technicians), implementing CRM systems or databases and reporting from, writing business standard letters and associated paperwork such as invoices, etc. and meeting SLA or certain service levels such as Time of response, quality and or cost parameters. you can upload your CV at CV-Form
