37.5 HOURS MONDAY TO FRIDAY
EMIS provides remote technical support to GP Practices all over the UK. These GP Practices are using a number of software applications developed by EMIS.Working in a busy call centre environment you will deal with customer faults in a professional and efficient manner, escalating problems to the appropriate Manager when necessary. The ideal candidate will. have an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate, good communication skills both written and verbal, enjoy working in a busy customer service environment and have the ability to work under pressure. Previous call centre helpdesk experience would be an advantage. Salary 13,331 rising to 14,542 after 3 month review.
