The role of a Call Centre Sales Agent will involve speaking to potential clients with a view to improving their financial situation. You will help to discover whether a potential client would benefit from one of our many financial solutions. If it's established that the client could benefit from our services you will then refer them to a senior advisor who. will complete an in-depth financial review. The role will involve both making outbound and receiving inbound calls, therefore experience of working within a call centre sales environment is essential, as well as a proven track record for hitting and exceeding targets. You will be given full training to provide clients with a high level of information about the various products in order to ensure we are giving the best advice. you can upload your CV at CV-Form
