37HRS PER WEEK MONDAY - FRIDAY
Responsibilities: Provide support to the Estates Manager in co-ordinating a programme of works including a schedule of inspections as required by the contract. Provide support in the production of specifications to ensure that works. services are undertaken to current legislation and best practice guides. To review handover documents to ascertain that the documents are compliant and suitable for incorporation into the management information system. To act as Principal Contractor and or Planning Supervisor as required. Where the need is identified, deliver the duties of a competent authorised person in accordance with the clients safety rules and procedures. .
