You will be responsible for ensuring the team are able to deliver the highest standards for guests in line with company guidelines. Experience of managing a housekeeping department desirable. You will have strong attention to detail, be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across all aspects of the business. Duties to include manage. staff, deal with rotas, checking rooms, ensure health and safety is adhered to and any other associated tasks.
