We require a Plumber with Part P qualifications for one of our main contractor clients based within the North London area. Ideally they are looking for someone for a temporary to permanent contract. The main duties of this position will be to provide, . reactive maintenance, new installations, pipe work and preventative maintenance works to the local social housing stock. To be successful of this position it is essential that you hold a minimum of a City and Guilds in Plumbing, Part P Electrical Qualifications (or equivalent), possess proven experience within Social Housing maintenance and excellent communication skills.
