Maintenance Gardener Person Required / Blackheath, South East London
24 PER WEEK, 3/7 DAYS BETWEEN 7AM - 3PM
Previous experience in this field is essential. You will undertake general repairs around the home and to complete the necessary legal paperwork, liaise with line managers and read maintenance book on arrival to the home, carry out any maintenance or other reasonable requests when possible, carry out weekly check of fire alarm systems, ensure that C.O.S.H.H. is adhered to at all times, ensure familiarisation with Health and Safety policy and to work in a safe manner with regards to Health and Safety. You will attend statutory training. You will also ensure that all driveways, pathways, home entrances, patios and verandas are kept free of rubbish and leaves.
