Required to assist female client who has Motor Neurone Disease and is in her 40s. She is non weight bearing so needs assistance with all moving and handling and administration of mediation. This lady has a gastrostomy tube and tracehostomy insitu and uses a NIPPY ventilator. As this lady's needs are complex, full training and supervision on her equipment . and needs will be provided by Advantage. We currently require an experienced Care worker/Domiciliary Care worker to support this lady during the day in the week. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are vital.
