We are seeking to recruit personal assistants to work with a young lady with complex needs to help her gain as much independence as possible and to help her access her community in a positive and meaningful way. the role will involve all aspects of personal care, moving and handling tasks, light domestic duties and outings. Applicants will need excellent . communication skills and also be able to advocate on the young lady's behalf. They will need to be able to work alone and as part of a team, and will also need to provide a flexible service. Full clean driving licence is essential.
