£23,000 PER ANNUM+ commission
37.5 PER WEEK, OVER 5 DAYS
The incumbent will be working on a full range of projects in both the commercial and public sectors. Duties will include liaising with clients on project costs, creating detailed cost plans and working with contractors and clients to ensure that activities remain within budget, preparing bills of quantity for use at tenders, measuring and valuing complete . contracts for payment. The role will also require the individual to determine and specify constructions methods, materials, and quality and safety standards, as well as organising control systems to monitor project efficiency and the performance of materials. Successful candidates should hold a relevant degree level qualification with project experience and knowledge of site visits and current quality and safety standards. you can upload your CV at CV-Form
