40 HOURS PER WEEK, MONDAY-FRIDAY, DAYS
This is an apprenticeship . With free Government funding available to those 16- 24 leading to an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services and a Trade Business Award. Our client, a National Trade Retailer, are looking for somebody with a positive and mature outlook that has the ability to work on their own initiative, meet tight deadlines, communicate effectively . with customers and colleagues, and has good attention to detail. Duties to include to deal with customer enquiries. Effectively sell products and services and deal with returns. Unload and check accuracy of all incoming stock supplier deliveries. Carry out the required security check on all outgoing orders and deliveries. Conduct account management.
