Previous retail experience is not necessary, but applicants should be able to work quickly and accurately in a very fast paced environment. They will need to use their initiative, think for themselves and undertake tasks without referring to the Store Manager. Excellent time-keeping, reliability and teamwork are essential as teams are small, meaning each .
