Static Electrical Maintenance TechnicianMy client, a large National Facilities Maintenance Service provider has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to carry out PPM Reactive maintenance on prestigious static site around the Guildford area. The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance and must be Electrically. competent. Experience with Mechanical Plumbing maintenance , Fabric, Carpentry, Plastering and general jobs would be beneficialExperience of working for an FM service provider would be extremely beneficial. As well as a flexible approach to work and a willingness to take the lead on site. EssentialSound experience of working in building maintenance Electrically QualifiedExcellent communication skills Excellent customer focus Good inter-personal skillsFull Driving LicensePotentially a 3 month t.
