Leading construction company requires a senior MRICS quantity surveyor with a proven track record within the commercial, retail andor residential sector to join one their teams in the South East. Due to expansion they are seeking to recruit an experienced chartered quantity surveyor to work on new build, refurbishment and fit out contracts mainly in the. commercial, retail andor residential sectors. This is a superb opportunity for a driven quantity surveyor to take the lead in preparing and analyzing tender and contract documents and take responsibility for delivering multiple projects.
