Must have supervisory / management experience in a catering environment. Essential : Enthusiasm to execute outstanding customer service. Friendly manner. Must be able to communicate confidently with customers. Must have a flexible approach and the ability to multi skill. Must be Honest and Open and willing to learn . Must have the ability to work within a team and individually. Must be presentable, reliable and committed. To produce / present all food to brand standards.
