Club Reservations Agent Required / Wimbledon, South West London
37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 2pm-10pm
Your main role will be to provide full inventory management and member servicing to club reservations club clients. You will be expected to deliver high levels of customer service to both increase and retain their membership base and maximize sales. opportunities through promotion of all company products and services. Must have customer service and basic geographical knowledge. Call centre experience, sales background and travel background is desirable. Basic keyboard skills, clear telephone manner, attention to detail, written ability to enter notes on system clearly and concisely, self motivation, interpersonal skills, ability to work on own initiative, sales closing skills and a high standard of customer service is essential.
