Building Surveyor Required / Erith, Kent, London
40 PER WEEK, MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM - 6PM
Must have knowledge of CAD, mechanical and electrical surveys and design experience, qualified to degree level in surveying, experience of pricing tenders, projects in social housing, excellent computer skills. Must have previous experience of . managing projects and should possess relevant construction or related qualification equivalent to HNC. Must be able to supervise trade teams and sub contractors and influence the achievement of high performance throughout the team. Must have awareness of relevant statuary regulations, asbestos awareness and building regulations Responsibilities will be commercial operational activities, monitor and control expenditure in accordance with budgetary and financial constraints, .
