Service Customer Advisor Required / Ilford, Essex, London
Answer phones to respond to calls logging, general customer inquires and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES1.Answer phones and respond to customer requests. 2.Provide customers service information. 3.Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff. 4.Identify and resolve customer issues. using the computer system. 5.Follow-up on customer chasers 6.Complete call logs and reports. 7.Other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 1.Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a school , college diploma or equivalent. 2.Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
