Outbound Call Centre Operative Required / Barnet, Hertfordshire, London
37 per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm or 7am-4pm

Previous experience is ideal. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be computer literate. Duties will include contacting customers, booking appointments for engineers to attend, these will involve warm and cold leads, no direct . selling will be involved.
