Pass Issue Unit Sia Officer Required / Gatwick, West Sussex, London
40 PER WEEK, MONDAY-FRIDAY SHIFTS BETWEEN 7AM TO 6PM
You will be responsible for the issuance of all BA pass types. Duties to include checking authenticity of personal documentation for potential forgery, and scrutinising all available personal images and data. You should have the ability to work as part of a team and encourage a cooperative team approach. Direct interaction is required with. the customer therefore the highest level of customer service is a must. Where necessary, you will be working on various ongoing projects where travelling will be required, therefore you should have the ability to work confidently.
