Sia Door Supervisor Required / Ilford, Barking, London
Must have extensive experience of working in a customer facing security environment and SIA Door Supervisor License and Customer Services skills. Health Safety, First Aid and Fire Warden training, an added benefit. Able to clearly and calmly communicate verbally with people and emergency services, particularly whilst under pressure. Able to recognise, defuse and resolve conflict situations. Knowledge of relevant legislation which may be used by the security personnel to undertake their duties. Able: to identify and deal with problems and know when to refer to Supervisory staff/Emergency Services. To maintain a good level of concentration for duration of shift. Able to retain and accurately recall detailed information, such as a persons description. To write evidential quality reports and complete forms. .
