Must have previous experience of working in a CCTV Control Room. Experience of working in a role that demands multi-tasking for example working with different equipment, i.e Personal Radio and Computer at the same time whilst receiving instructions and giving information to other people in a time pressured environment. Must have SIA CCTV. Operator License. Health Safety, First Aid and Fire Warden training will be an added benefit. Able to recognise, defuse and resolve conflict situations Knowledge of relevant legislation which may be used by the security personnel to undertake their duties. Able to identify and deal with problems and know when to refer to Supervisory staff/Emergency Services.
