Sia Concierge Officer Required / Barking, Ilford, London
Must have previous experience of working in a customer focused environment. Must have Security Guarding, CCTV Operator License and customer service skills. Health and Safety and First Aid training will be an added benefit. Able to identify and deal with problems and know when to refer to Supervisory staff or Emergency. Services. Able to maintain a good level of concentration for the duration of their shift. Able to retain and accurately recall detailed information, such as a persons description. Able to write clear legible evidential quality reports and complete forms. .
