We are looking for a bookkeeper to manage the finances of our Engineering and Construction departments, the role will require the candidate to work 2 days a week to make sure all payroll is complete and that weekly payments are made to our contractors. Key Areas of Responsibility Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Account reconciliations Day to Day QuickBooks Management Bank deposits, credit and cash applications Preparing HST returns. Payroll Processing using ADP General accounts receivable responsibilities Invoicing and Filing Other Administrative duties as assigned Skills Qualifications Proficient in software applications such as Excel and Word5-10 years general accounting experience Experience within Enginee.
