Mon - Fri 08:00am until 5:00pm
A mobile Building Fabrics Handyman is wanted for around the South London area.The handyman will be required to conduct various tasks including, basic plumbing, basic carpentry, various multi-skilled maintenance tasks required by the property manager.Fabric Tasks small repairs to walls including filling and painting Patch painting work including gloss work.Repairs to wooden doors, door frames, kickboards, skirting and architrave Minor carpentry work inc. Minor carpet carpet tile replacement and repairs Minor flooring repairs Replace ceiling tiles Repair or replace locks Repairs lockers Small external repairs to gutters, rendering, brick or tiles All mileage is covered, any candidates interested must apply by e-mail to: steven.broadfield@recru1tment.com .
