a high end bathroom and kitchen furniture supplier is seeking a new team member. Will monitor the orders internally and externally, making sure they are processed and delivered effectively and efficiently. Will ensure that orders are given to the factory in a timely manner, monitor delivery activity, solve problems such as if a product has been damaged during delivery then keep the customer informed and also rectify the problem in a timely and professional way, and administration for the department. The candidate will be proactive and confident, able to be honest with customers if their delivery has been damaged or delayed and have an organised and calm manner. Experience of Sage is desirable but not essential.
