We are looking to resource a call centre telesales director to lead a telesales operation whilst also developing and managing the e-channel strategies. You will be responsible for growing the business sales revenue. As part of the senior management team you will report into the Customer Service Director and have responsibility for c.30fte through 3 managers. This is a new position to the business and is a key role where you will have the opportunity to make a difference to the organisation. You must have the following skills. Call Centre Management experience within a high-volume, multi-channel environment/ Ideally within the B2B sector.
