Customer Service Operator Required / Ibasildon, Essex, London
£16000.00 TO £17000.00 PER ANNUM
Your duties will include accurate data transfer, making outgoing phone calls to book clients vehicles in for repairs, loading the booking on to the companies management system, handling incoming calls from work providers and clients, keeping work providers up to date. To have a reasonable knowledge of excel, be very customer experienced focused, however quick and very efficient being able to handle in excess of 100 calls per day converting over 30 jobs so an eye for accuracy and detail is essential, experience in a previous high volume Contact Centre would be an advantage, we do no cold calling all the calls we make the client is aware before hand.
