Banking Job: Customer Assistant Required at Lloyds Bank / Notting Hill, West London

When people visit their local Lloyds TSB branch, we want them to leave with just one impression: that we are a great bank. Whether you are greeting people, serving them at the counter or sorting out a problem, your role is to help customers get the best possible service. That might be answering questions or processing a transaction, but you are also there to find out how we can do more by making recommendations on our range of products and services. You will achieve personal targets, and the better you do, the better your rewards. We will provide great training, giving you the skills you need to deliver the high standards of service our customers expect. You do not need a background in banking. You do need experience of helping customers and recommending different services or products.
