To work with consultants and authorities to ensure services meet the planned power capacity demands and operating schedules. To ensure appropriate power solutions and capacity are available and to manage project budgets to achieve this aim. To manage consultants and liaise with relevant authorities or companies to ensure timely approvals for works and ensure all power to the port and business park are planned and installed to times, capacity and standards necessary for the planned operation of the 3.5 million TEU container port and 900,000m2 business park.
