Call Centre Representative / North Kensington, West London
£8 PER HOUR
45 hours, monday-friday, 8am-5pm
Applicants must have the ability to communicate effectively at all time and the right attitude to stay calm and focused under pressure. To liaise with internal and external colleagues at all levels. Be a good listener, and possess a good, problem solving nature in order to be able to resolve any customer query. You must be a team player with a good, focused attitude. You will be responsible for all in coming calls. Liaising with colleagues and engineers. Booking Out plumbers and engineers. Planning the work books and diaries. You will be responsible for logging calls/ customer contacts onto the company's computer database. To carry out consistently high customer service via telephone, email and fax.
