You need a qualifi cation or training in education or information management, and your communication skills range from the ability to deliver ‘baby rhyme times’ to discussing literacy development with other professionals. You need a fl exible approach to the working week, which includes up to two evenings and alternate Saturdays An ambition to reach out and change lives through reading and libraries is the most important qualifi cation to make a real difference to Wandsworth’s children and young people, and to place libraries at the heart of our diverse communities.
