PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN APPRENTICESHIP POSITION. FUNDING IS FROM THE GOVERNMENT AND ONLY AVAILABLE FOR 16-24 YEAR OLDS. Our client is a UK based call centre with a refreshing attitude to outsourcing. They like to see themselves as a friend to their clients not just 'another supplier'. This role will include: Working alongside the Customer Service Assistants. Answering inbound calls and handling customer queries about services and products. Offering advise to customers over the phone about service and products. Inputting information on to the Customer databases. Working towards targets and deadlines Working as part of a team. You will need to be a great communicator be accurate be a teamplayer be professional have a great telephone manner and good IT Skills.
