EXCEEDS NATIONAL MINIMUM WAGE
Applicants for this role must be great communicators written and verbal and demonstrate a strong understanding of how to make customers satisfied and how to manage complaints. An ideal candidate may have worked in a customer service role before and some experience of an office environment would be preferred. The role involves handling queries on a broad range of issues before and after sales service, product information, sales enquiries and internet enquiries. The applicants will therefore need to demonstrate an ability to organise themselves, learn quickly, adapt to changes and demonstrate flexibility throughout the working day.
