18-20 per week, MON, WED, FRI, SUN between 11.30am-9.30pm

Duties to include take charge when the kitchen manager is absent, will be cooking form a fixed menu, ensuring the highest standards of service and cleanliness are maintained and to assist the kitchen manager in kitchen duties. To have experience would be preferred.
