MON-THURS 5PM-9PM SATS 8:30-16:30
Due to the recent growth and expansion of the company, we have an exciting opportunity to join our administration team. Working on the front of house at our Head Office in Dartford you will have overall responsibility and accountability for providing excellent customer service for all KTB clients. You will also be responsible for updating the self funding patients report for all clinics and for managing the account of all self funding patients. You will have responsibility and accountability for managing the diary for breaks at all clinics and for retrieving and uploading GP details and sending letters to patients.You must be able to work well under pressure and ensure you meet deadlines.You must be a team player, motivated and provide excellent customer service.All applications must be delivered in person with a hand written covering letter.
