The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:- Interpersonal and team management skills; Good analytical and problem solving skills; Effective communicator at all levels within an organisation; Business awareness and understanding of business change processes; Proven experience working in an aircraft maintenance environment; . Technical decision-making skills; EASA B1 or B2 AME Licence. Should have at least 1 current BA aircraft type authorisation, preferably on B737 or Airbus, Technical knowledge of aircraft engineering activities and sound knowledge of EASA/CAA airworthiness regulations.
